On Demand suits solo BDMs and teams trialling the workflow — manual lookups, push records as you find them. Pro is the sensible default for most growing teams: search profiles flow into HubSpot automatically with standard setup. Elite is for teams that want custom HubSpot configuration, a dedicated CSM and advanced reporting. If you're not sure, book a call and we'll tell you straight up.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Most teams that start on On Demand move up to Pro within 60-90 days as the manual workflow proves itself. Upgrades happen on your next billing cycle with no migration friction — your HubSpot setup carries forward.

What happens if I exceed 50 record pushes on On Demand?

If you're consistently hitting the 50/month cap, that's the signal to move to Pro and let search profiles handle the volume automatically. We won't auto-charge for overages — we'll reach out to talk through the upgrade.

What's involved in setup?

It depends on your plan. On Demand uses self-guided setup — you'll follow our written guide. Pro uses standard setup: we configure deal routing, deal tags, search-profile views and notifications in your HubSpot. Elite uses custom setup: everything in standard plus bespoke configuration scoped during onboarding. Setup fees vary by plan and are discussed on your discovery call.

How does the data sync work?

GrowthNGen connects your HubSpot CRM directly to the Cotality Construction Projects Database. On Pro and Elite plans, your search profiles run automatically and push matching project, company, and contact records into HubSpot on your sync schedule. On Demand uses one-off manual lookups instead — you push individual records to HubSpot as you find them.

What is a Search Profile?

A saved set of filters that defines which construction projects flow into your HubSpot — by region, project value, stage, development type, and stakeholder role. Available on Pro and Elite plans. On Demand uses manual record lookups instead of saved profiles.

What project data can be synced to HubSpot?

Project Address, Category, Commence/Completion Dates, Council, Development Type, Name, Ownership, Postcode, Site Area, Stage, State, Status, Suburb, Value, Tender Date, Type, and Update Date.

How frequently does data sync?

On Pro and Elite plans, projects sync automatically on a daily or weekly schedule tuned to your search profile volume. On Demand uses manual push — projects are added to HubSpot the moment you trigger the lookup.

Can I manage my Search Profiles myself?

Yes. Pro and Elite plans include search profile management directly in the GrowthNGen portal — adjust your filters as your team's targeting evolves.

Does it work with other CRMs?

Currently, integration is available for HubSpot only.

Can you target specific organisations?

Yes, you can filter by organisation role on projects — focus your pipeline on the architects, builders, developers or engineers that matter to your business.

Should Search Profiles be broad or narrow?

Be as targeted as you can with each Search Profile. Narrow profiles keep your CRM clean and ensure your team is focused on the most relevant opportunities — not drowning in records they'll never action.
