BCI project data, in the CRM your whole company runs.
BD teams across Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific license BCI Central — and the rest of the company never sees it. Marketing, quoting, forecasting and reporting live in the company CRM. We build CRM connectors around the databases our clients already hold a licence for — get in touch and we'll show you what a BCI connector looks like for your team.
We can provide BCI project data into your CRM.
We build CRM connectors around the construction databases our clients license — matching stakeholders, mapping fields, and keeping records current as projects move. That approach applies directly to BCI, so the projects your BD team tracks can flow into the CRM the rest of the company works in.
Built for New Zealand pipelines too
For New Zealand project data, BCI is the practical API path to a structured feed. A BCI connector would put NZ projects straight into your CRM, matched and mapped the same way we handle any construction database.
Whole-of-revenue-team visibility
Project intelligence shouldn't stop at the BD seat. When projects land in the company CRM, marketing can segment, quoting can prioritise, and leadership can forecast — all off the same records.
Records that keep pace
As projects move stage across the APAC markets you license, the records in your CRM move with them. No weekly export ritual.
What a BCI connector puts in front of your team
The same approach we use to build CRM connectors, mapped to BCI's data model.
Your search, on autopilot
Set the filters once — region, stage, value, project type. Only the projects that match come through. Everything else stays out of the pipeline.
Mapped to your CRM's objects
Projects become deals, stakeholders become companies and contacts, with the relationships kept. Native records, not a bolt-on dashboard.
The full project cast
Builders, developers, architects, engineers — attached to the project with roles labelled, linked across your whole pipeline.
Your BCI markets in one feed
One search profile across the markets you license — Australia, New Zealand and beyond — landing in one pipeline.
How we build it
The same process behind our live construction-data connector, scoped to BCI and your CRM.
You keep your licence — we build within it
The connector works under the BCI subscription you already hold. Your licence, your data, your relationship with BCI — we never resell any of it.
We map your CRM and search profile
Your objects, your sales process, your regions and sectors — scoped around how your team actually sells.
We build it around your setup
Your feedback shapes the mapping as we build — so what ships fits how your team actually works, not a generic template.
FAQ
BCI connector — common questions
What APAC construction BD and sales leaders ask about a BCI integration.
Do you connect to BCI Central today?
expand_more
We build CRM connectors around the construction databases our clients license. Tell us about your BCI setup and the CRM you run, and we'll scope exactly what that looks like for your team.
Isn't LeadManager already a CRM?
expand_more
LeadManager is BCI's own lead-tracking tool, and it does that job for BD teams. This is about the company CRM the rest of your business runs — where marketing, quoting and reporting live. The connector isn't a replacement for anything; it lets the licence you hold flow through to your system of record.
Do I need my own BCI subscription?
expand_more
Yes. You hold the licence and the relationship with BCI; the connector moves what you're already licensed to see into your CRM, within your licence terms. We don't resell BCI data.
Does it cover New Zealand?
expand_more
That's central to why we build this the way we do. BCI covers New Zealand, and for NZ project data it's the practical API path to a structured feed. If your pipeline is NZ or trans-Tasman, say so when you reach out — it directly shapes the priority.
Which CRMs would it support?
expand_more
HubSpot first, and we'll scope from there based on what you tell us. Let us know what you run — the more we hear, the more precisely we can prioritise your CRM.
What does getting in touch actually get me?
expand_more
A direct conversation about your setup and a scoped plan for what a connector would look like for your team. No cost, no commitment.
What does BCI Central cost?
expand_more
We can’t quote it — that’s BCI’s to give, and it’s priced per team, market and dataset rather than published. The cost that tends to go unpriced is the one after the licence: getting what you already pay for in front of the people who don’t log into LeadManager.
Is BCI Central the same as Hubexo?
expand_more
BCI Central is part of Hubexo, the group that brought several construction-data businesses under one name — BCI in APAC, Glenigan in the UK, CIS in Ireland among them. Your BCI product and licence are unchanged. One group doesn’t mean one data model, though: these products run on different systems, so a connector is built per product.
We also license Cotality (Cordell) — can you connect both?
expand_more
Yes. Cotality is our live connector and BCI would be built alongside it, not instead of it. Plenty of APAC teams hold both because the coverage doesn’t overlap perfectly. Each database gets its own connector — one group or one region doesn’t mean one data model — and both can land in the same CRM.
