Live construction projects, inside HubSpot. Every morning.
Stop exporting CSVs. Every project that matches your search — with the architect, builder and developer already linked — lands in HubSpot as a deal overnight, while your reps are still in the car. This is the connector that runs today, for construction BD teams who already sell out of HubSpot.
Your HubSpot pipeline, running on live project data.
The deals you lose aren't lost to a better product — they're lost to projects you heard about too late. GrowthNGen watches a leading construction project intelligence database for you. When a project matches your profile it lands in HubSpot with every stakeholder attached. When it moves stage, the deal updates. Nobody on your team logs into a second tool to work the pipeline.
Projects land overnight
HubSpot is current before the morning coffee. No logins, no exports, no copy-paste.
Stakeholders pre-linked
Architect, builder, developer and engineer arrive as companies and contacts, already associated to the deal with their role on the job.
Stays current as projects move
DA approved, contract let, builder changed — the source data updates and your HubSpot deal keeps pace.
What actually lands in HubSpot
A synced project, as your reps see it: one deal, every stakeholder attached, each one carrying its role on the job.

Native HubSpot objects, not a bolt-on dashboard
The connector writes to the objects you already sell out of — so reporting, workflows and sequences work on project data the same way they work on everything else.
Your search, on autopilot
Set your filters once — region, stage, value, project type, stakeholder role. Only what matches comes through. Everything else stays out of your pipeline.
Mapped to deals, companies and contacts
Projects become deals in your pipeline. Firms become companies. People become contacts. Project stages map to your deal stages — we use the pipeline you already run.
91 association labels
HubSpot associations carry the role, so a company isn't just linked to a project — it's linked as the builder, the architect, the developer or the engineer. One view of who's on what, across the whole pipeline.
Your workflows fire on it
Project data lands as native properties, so HubSpot workflows, lists, sequences and reports all read it. Route a project by value, notify an owner on a stage change, build a dashboard — nothing custom required.
How it works
A guided setup, not a software project. Most teams are live in under two weeks.
We map your HubSpot
Pipelines, deal stages, properties, owners — we use what you already have. No rebuild, and nothing you've built in HubSpot gets replaced.
We set your search profile
Region, project type, stage, value, stakeholder role — as narrow or as broad as your BD team needs. You set the record count, the frequency and the run time.
Projects start landing
Matching projects show up as HubSpot deals with every stakeholder attached and roles labelled. Stage changes flow through on the next sync. Your reps open HubSpot and the pipeline is current.
“GrowthNGen has become our unfair advantage. It's removed the bottleneck of manual data work. We can now search at the organisational level and surface the right opportunities effortlessly into our CRM, and at scale. The results have been immediate. A stronger pipeline, higher conversions, and project wins that have already paid for years of use.”

FAQ
HubSpot connector — common questions
What construction BD and sales leaders ask before they connect their portal.
Which HubSpot plan do we need?
expand_more
Professional or above. The connector writes custom properties and relies on the workflow surface area that Starter doesn't expose. If you're on Starter today, that's worth raising on the call — it changes the shape of what we'd recommend.
How do projects map onto HubSpot objects?
expand_more
A construction project becomes a deal in the pipeline you nominate. The firms attached to it become companies, the people become contacts, and each one is associated to the deal with a label describing its role on the job — builder, architect, developer, engineer and so on.
Do we have to change our pipeline or deal stages?
expand_more
No. We map project stages onto the pipeline you already run. If your team has a working sales process in HubSpot, the connector fits into it rather than asking you to adopt ours.
Is this a packaged product or a bespoke build?
expand_more
Packaged. The connector, the HubSpot mapping approach and the search-profile model are already built — onboarding is a guided setup, not a six-week scoping phase. You're not funding someone's discovery workshop.
Who owns the data licence?
expand_more
You do. You hold your own subscription to the project database directly with the provider. GrowthNGen is the pipe between it and your HubSpot — we don't resell the data, and the relationship with your data provider stays yours.
We're on Salesforce or Pipedrive — what about us?
expand_more
HubSpot is the connector that's live today. Salesforce and Pipedrive are in development, and there are register-interest pages for Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Maximizer and Dynamics 365 — telling us what you run is what moves a connector up the queue.
Can we filter by what we actually pursue?
expand_more
Yes. Search profiles filter by region, project value, stage, type, stakeholder role, and discipline. As narrow or broad as your team needs. Set the profile once and only matching projects flow through — everything else stays out of the way.
Will it mess with our existing HubSpot setup?
expand_more
No. We map into your existing pipeline, deal stages and contact properties. If something needs a tweak — a custom property, a new stage — we handle it during onboarding. Most teams go live without changing their HubSpot at all.
How long does it take to go live?
expand_more
Under two weeks for most teams. We handle the CRM mapping, the search-profile setup and the first projects flowing through. You don't need a developer.
What happens when a project changes stage?
expand_more
The CRM record updates automatically. Contract Let, DA approved, builder changed, design phase — it flows through. Your rep can get a notification when something material happens. No stale records, no manual check-ins.

Which HubSpot tier you actually need, how to map construction projects onto deals, and how to stop copying project data in by hand. The complete AU and NZ guide.
Is There a Better Alternative to Cordell Connect for HubSpot Users?
Cordell Connect is the go-to construction data source for AU and NZ BD teams. But for teams using HubSpot, there is a gap. Here is what to do about it.
Project Stage Tracking in HubSpot: DA → Tender → Contract Let Workflow
Generic HubSpot deal stages do not work for construction. Here is how to map the actual construction project lifecycle — DA, Design Development, Tender, Contract Let, Practical Completion — into a HubSpot pipeline that drives BD action.
What it takes to break even
1.0×orders a year
That's the bar your pipeline has to clear. Five numbers set it and move it:
- The investment
- Your conversion rate
- Projects synced per month
- Gross profit percentage
- Average order value
Lift your conversion rate, sync more projects, or win larger orders and you clear it sooner — everything past it is upside.
