ConstructConnect tracks projects across the US and Canada. Your CRM sees none of them.

North American teams license ConstructConnect, then move the projects worth chasing into the CRM by hand — export, sort, re-key, repeat. The data you already pay for ends up living in a portal your reps have to remember to open. We build connectors around the database you already hold a licence for.

United States

We can provide ConstructConnect project data into your CRM.

We build CRM connectors around the construction databases our clients license — matching stakeholders, mapping fields, and keeping records current as projects move. That approach applies directly to ConstructConnect, covering teams across the United States and Canada. Tell us what your licence covers and which CRM you run, and we'll scope what a connector looks like for your team.

hub

Stakeholders arrive pre-linked

Projects land as deals, with the architect, builder, developer and engineer attached as companies and contacts, and roles labelled. Not a summary row you then go and enrich by hand.

sync

Records that keep pace

Stage changes, value revisions, a contractor swapped out — the record keeps pace, instead of being accurate only on the morning it was imported.

shield

Your licence stays yours

You hold the ConstructConnect subscription. We're the pipe between it and your CRM — we don't resell the data and don't need to.

radar

Your search, on autopilot

Set the filters once — region, value, stage, project type. Only matching projects come through.

groups

The stakeholder graph

Every project arrives with the firms and people attached and labelled by role — not a name you go and look up.

public

US and Canadian pipeline, one feed

Every market your licence covers, visible in one CRM. No stitching regional exports together in a spreadsheet.

fact_check

Deduplicated on the way in

Companies you already have get matched, not duplicated. The CRM stays usable.

How we build it

The same guided setup behind our live connector, mapped to your ConstructConnect licence.

01

We check what your licence covers

Which ConstructConnect datasets, regions and stages you're entitled to. The connector never reaches past your own entitlement.

02

We map your CRM

Pipelines, stages, custom properties, association labels — we use what you already have. No rebuild.

03

Projects start landing

Matching projects show up as deals with every stakeholder attached, and keep pace as the projects move.

FAQ

ConstructConnect — common questions

What US and Canadian construction BD and sales leaders ask about getting ConstructConnect data into a CRM.

What does ConstructConnect cost?

expand_more

We can't quote it — that's ConstructConnect's to give, and like everything in this category it's priced per team, territory and dataset rather than published. What we can tell you is the cost most teams never price in: the hours after the subscription, spent moving data you already pay for into the system your reps actually work in. When you're budgeting, budget for both.

Aren't there already ways to sync ConstructConnect?

expand_more

There are, and if one already covers the CRM you run, use it — we'd rather tell you that than sell you something you don't need. What we hear from most teams is that they're still exporting and re-keying, or that what's available doesn't reach the CRM their company standardised on. Ours would come from a team already running a construction-data connector in production, in another market, today.

Do you connect to ConstructConnect today?

expand_more

Not yet — and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise. Our live connector runs on a different database. We build a new connector once there's a team asking for one, which is what this page is for. Tell us what your ConstructConnect licence covers and we'll scope it.

Is ConstructConnect worth it?

expand_more

That's a question about the data, and we're not the right people to sell you on it — they have national US coverage and strong Canadian coverage, and that either matches your territory or it doesn't. The honest version: the subscription is worth what your reps act on. Teams who walk away from these tools rarely do it because the data was bad — they do it because it stayed in a portal nobody opened. Worth fixing that before you re-litigate the licence.

Is there a ConstructConnect API?

expand_more

They offer data integration services for exactly this kind of work. If you've gone looking for API documentation, though, you've already hit the wall this page is about: an API or a scheduled export is raw material, not a working pipeline — someone still has to map it, match it against what's already in your CRM, and keep it running. Tell us what your licence includes and we'll tell you plainly whether a connector is buildable on it.

Do you cover Canada as well as the US?

expand_more

That's a licence question rather than a connector one. ConstructConnect's Canadian coverage runs through CMD Group; if your subscription includes it, the connector carries it the same way it carries any other region you're entitled to. What we can't do is give you access to a market you aren't licensed for.

Do I need my own ConstructConnect subscription?

expand_more

Yes. You hold the licence and we build the pipe from it into your CRM. We don't resell ConstructConnect data — that model keeps your entitlement clean and means you're never locked to us to keep access.

Which CRMs would it support?

expand_more

HubSpot first, and we'll scope from there based on what you tell us. Let us know what you run — the more we hear, the more precisely we can prioritise your CRM. See all integrations.

We're weighing up ConstructConnect against Dodge Construction Network — does that change anything?

expand_more

Not for us. They're the two large US networks and they overlap more than either would like to admit; Dodge is the other one we're asked about most. Pick on coverage in your territory and on the licence terms — that part is your call, and we don't rank the databases. Whichever you land on, the connector work is the same shape.

We're thinking about switching away from ConstructConnect — can you help?

expand_more

Probably not, and we'd rather say so than keep you reading. We don't rank the databases or sell a cheaper one; we connect the one you choose. If you're looking at alternatives because the data never reaches your CRM, though, that's a different problem — and you may not need to switch at all.

Is this the same company as CMD Group or BuildCentral?

expand_more

CMD Group, yes — ConstructConnect owns it, and it's how their Canadian coverage is delivered. BuildCentral is a different business: it publishes ConstructionWire, a separate US dataset with its own coverage and pricing. Easy to conflate, worth keeping straight when you're comparing quotes.
