You already pay for Glenigan. Your CRM has never seen it.
UK and Irish teams license Glenigan, then re-key the projects worth chasing into the CRM by hand — and no major marketplace carries a Glenigan connector. We build connectors around the database you already hold a licence for.
We can provide Glenigan project data into your CRM.
We build CRM connectors around the construction databases our clients license — matching stakeholders, mapping fields, and keeping records current as projects move. That approach applies directly to Glenigan, covering teams across the UK and all of Ireland — including those weighing up CIS, which has no public API.
Stakeholders arrive pre-linked
Every project would come with the architect, main contractor and developer attached as companies and contacts, roles labelled — not a name your reps copy out of a portal.
Compliance flags where your reps dial
Glenigan carries TPS/CTPS and MPS marketing-suppression flags on its records. The connector is designed to carry them into your CRM as first-class fields — so call compliance lives where your reps actually work, not in a separate portal.
Records that keep pace
As a scheme moves from planning application to tender to main contract awarded, the record in your CRM moves with it. No stale pipeline, no weekly re-export.
What a Glenigan connector puts in front of your team
The same approach we use to build CRM connectors, mapped to Glenigan's data model.
Your search, on autopilot
Set the filters once — region, development stage, value, sector. Only the projects that match come through. Everything else stays out of the pipeline.
Mapped to your CRM's objects
Projects become deals, stakeholders become companies and contacts, and the relationships come with them. Native records, not a bolt-on dashboard.
TPS/MPS carried as fields
Suppression flags land on the contact record itself — ready for your call lists and sequences to respect automatically.
The UK and Ireland in one feed
England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic — one search profile, one feed, no stitching regional exports together.
How we build it
The same process behind our live construction-data connector, scoped to Glenigan and your CRM.
You keep your licence — we build within it
The connector works under the Glenigan subscription you already hold. Your licence, your data, your relationship with Glenigan — we never resell any of it.
We map your CRM and search profile
Your objects, your sales process, your regions and sectors — scoped around how your team actually sells.
We build it around your setup
Your feedback shapes the mapping as we build — so what ships fits how your team actually works, not a generic template.
FAQ
Glenigan connector — common questions
What UK and Irish construction BD leaders ask about a Glenigan integration.
Do you connect to Glenigan today?
expand_more
We build CRM connectors around the construction databases our clients license. Tell us about your Glenigan setup and the CRM you run, and we'll scope exactly what that looks like for your team.
Do I need my own Glenigan subscription?
expand_more
Yes. You hold the data licence and the relationship with Glenigan; the connector moves what you're already licensed to see into your CRM, within your licence terms. We don't resell Glenigan data.
We're on CIS Ireland, not Glenigan — is there anything for us?
expand_more
CIS has no public API, so a direct CIS connector isn't on the table. Glenigan — part of the same group — covers the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland alongside the UK. Get in touch anyway and tell us what you're on; we'll walk the Ireland options with you.
Can it carry TPS and MPS status into the CRM?
expand_more
Yes — that's one of the reasons a Glenigan connector is worth building properly. Glenigan carries TPS/CTPS and MPS suppression flags on its records, and they belong on the contact in your CRM, where your call lists and sequences can respect them automatically, not in a separate portal.
Aren't there already ways to sync Glenigan?
expand_more
Point solutions exist. But there's no Glenigan connector on any major CRM or integration marketplace, and most teams we speak to are still running exports and spreadsheets. Ours would come from a team already running a construction-data connector in production, in another market, today.
Which CRMs would it support?
expand_more
HubSpot first, and we'll scope from there based on what you tell us. Let us know what you run — the more we hear, the more precisely we can prioritise your CRM.
What does Glenigan cost?
expand_more
We can’t quote it — that’s Glenigan’s to give, and like everything in this category it’s priced per team, region and dataset rather than published. What we can tell you is the cost most teams never price in: the hours after the subscription, spent moving data you already pay for into the system your reps actually work in.
Is Glenigan worth it?
expand_more
That’s a question about the data, and we’re not the right people to sell you on it. The honest version: the subscription is worth what your reps act on. Teams who walk away from these tools rarely do it because the data was bad — they do it because it stayed in a portal nobody opened. Worth fixing that before you re-litigate the licence.
Is Glenigan the same as Hubexo?
expand_more
Glenigan is part of Hubexo, the group formed when several construction-data businesses were brought under one name — Glenigan in the UK, CIS in Ireland, BCI in APAC among them. The Glenigan product and licence you hold are unchanged. Worth knowing because one group does not mean one data model: these products run on different systems, so a connector is built per product, not per group.
We’re thinking about switching away from Glenigan — can you help?
expand_more
Probably not, and we’d rather say so than keep you reading. We don’t rank the databases or sell a cheaper one; we connect the one you choose. If you’re looking at alternatives because the data never reaches your CRM, though, that’s a different problem — and you may not need to switch at all.
We’re weighing up Glenigan against Barbour ABI — does that change anything?
expand_more
Not for us — we build against whichever you hold. They are genuinely different situations though: Glenigan has no connector on any major marketplace, while Barbour ABI publishes an API and tells you to find a developer to use it. Different starting points, same destination. Choose on coverage and price, then talk to us.
