Dodge connects to Salesforce and Dynamics. Run HubSpot and you’re on your own.

Dodge Construction Network ships a real CRM integration — PipeLine for Salesforce, plus Dynamics 365. They’re proper products and we won’t pretend otherwise. But HubSpot isn’t on that list: Dodge’s own route to it is middleware, which is an integration project, not a product. That’s the gap — and HubSpot is where our live connector already runs.

United States

We can provide Dodge Construction Network project data into HubSpot.

If you run Salesforce or Dynamics 365, Dodge already has you covered — use PipeLine, it’s a certified managed package and it works. This page is for the teams Dodge’s integration list doesn’t reach: HubSpot shops, told to buy middleware and wire it up themselves. We already run a live construction-project connector into HubSpot. Tell us what your Dodge licence covers and we’ll scope the same thing for you.

hub

Built for HubSpot, not adapted to it

Projects land as deals, with the architect, builder, developer and engineer attached as companies and contacts, and roles labelled. Not a staging table you then have to map.

sync

Stays current as projects move

Stage changes, value revisions, a builder swapped out — the record in HubSpot keeps pace instead of ageing from the day it was imported.

shield

Your licence stays yours

You hold the Dodge subscription. We’re the pipe between it and your CRM — we don’t resell the data and don’t need to.

What a Dodge Construction Network connector puts in front of your team

The same engine behind our live connector, pointed at your Dodge licence.

radar

Your search, on autopilot

Set the filters once — region, value, stage, project type. Only matching projects come through.

groups

The stakeholder graph

Every project arrives with the firms and people attached and labelled by role — not a name you go and look up.

public

National pipeline, one feed

Every market you license, visible in one CRM. No stitching regional exports together in a spreadsheet.

fact_check

Deduplicated on the way in

Companies you already have get matched, not duplicated. The CRM stays usable.

How we build it

The same guided setup behind our live connector, mapped to your Dodge licence.

01

We check what your licence covers

Which Dodge datasets, regions and stages you’re entitled to. The connector never reaches past your own entitlement.

02

We map your HubSpot

Pipelines, stages, custom properties, association labels — we use what you already have. No rebuild.

03

Projects start landing

Matching projects show up as deals with every stakeholder attached, and keep pace as the projects move.

FAQ

Dodge Construction Network — common questions

What US construction BD and sales leaders ask about getting Dodge data into a CRM.

Do you connect to Dodge Construction Network today?

expand_more

Not yet — and we’d rather say so than imply otherwise. Our live connector runs on a different database. We build a new connector once there’s a team asking for one, which is what this page is for. Tell us what your Dodge licence covers and we’ll scope it.

Dodge already integrates with Salesforce. Why would I need you?

expand_more

If you run Salesforce, you probably don’t. PipeLine for Salesforce is a certified managed package that’s been in the field for years, and Dynamics 365 is covered too. This is for HubSpot teams — the CRM Dodge’s integration list doesn’t reach.

How do I get Dodge Construction Network data into HubSpot?

expand_more

Dodge’s own answer is middleware — a tool like Boomi or MuleSoft mapping leads into a staging table, then a second job to turn that into usable CRM records. That’s a project with a budget and a maintenance burden, not a product you switch on. The alternative is a purpose-built connector, which is what we do.

What does Dodge Construction Network cost?

expand_more

We can’t quote it — that’s Dodge’s to give, and like everything in this category it’s priced per team, territory and dataset rather than published. What we can tell you is the cost most teams don’t price in: the hours after the subscription, spent moving what you already pay for into the system your reps actually work in.

Is Dodge Construction Network worth it?

expand_more

That’s a question about the data, and we’re not the right people to sell you on it. The honest version: the subscription is worth what your reps actually act on. Teams that abandon these tools rarely do it because the data was bad — they do it because the data stayed in a portal nobody opened. Fix the second problem before you re-litigate the first.

Is there a Dodge Construction Network API?

expand_more

Dodge offers data delivery for integration work, and its published CRM route is Salesforce and Dynamics 365 via PipeLine. If you’ve gone looking for API documentation, you’ve already hit the wall this page is about: an API is raw material, not a working pipeline. Tell us what your licence includes and we’ll tell you plainly whether a connector is buildable on it.

We’re comparing Dodge with ConstructConnect or PlanHub — can you help?

expand_more

Not really, and we’d rather be useful than keep you here. We don’t rank the databases; we connect the one you choose. If you’re switching because the data never reaches your CRM, though, that’s a different problem — and you may not need to switch at all.

Is this the same company as Dodge Data & Analytics or McGraw Hill Construction?

expand_more

Yes — same lineage, different names. The business was McGraw Hill Construction, then Dodge Data & Analytics, and is now Dodge Construction Network. If you hold an older contract under a previous name, it’s the same data for our purposes.

Do I need my own Dodge subscription?

expand_more

Yes. You hold the licence and we build the pipe from it into your CRM. We don’t resell Dodge data — that model keeps your entitlement clean and means you’re never locked to us to keep access.

Which CRMs would it support?

expand_more

HubSpot first, because that’s where our live connector runs and where Dodge’s own list stops. Salesforce and Pipedrive connectors are in development; Zoho, Maximizer and Dynamics 365 are demand-led. See all integrations.

We’re comparing Dodge Construction Network with ConstructionWire — do you cover both?

expand_more

Both, and we don’t have a favourite. They’re different products: Dodge is the larger US network and ships its own Salesforce and Dynamics integrations; ConstructionWire, from BuildCentral, is a separate dataset with its own coverage and pricing. Pick on the data and the licence terms — that part is your call. Whichever you land on, the connector work is the same shape.
