End the Manual Workflow

Stop exporting your construction data to spreadsheets.

Log into the project database. Search. Export to CSV. Paste into HubSpot. Repeat every Monday. You're losing four hours per rep per week to admin before a single call is made. GrowthNGen pipes Cotality construction project data straight into HubSpot — same kind of AU/NZ project intelligence Cordell Connect surfaces — with architects, builders and developers already linked. The data lands in the CRM your reps already use.

Where the 200 hours go

Four hours a week, per rep, moving data by hand.

Not prospecting. Not qualifying. Moving data between two screens.

What the manual version actually costs you

The first ninety seconds are the export-and-copy-paste loop. The rest is what replaces it.

200 hours per rep, per year — on data entry.

Do the maths. Four hours a week × 50 working weeks = 200 hours of paid time, per rep, on weekly CSV exports and copy-paste into HubSpot. At a $100k OTE rep, that's roughly $10,000 of payroll on admin. Triple it for a three-rep team. None of that time goes into prospecting, qualifying, or closing — it goes into moving data that should move itself.

schedule

200 hrs/rep/year

Industry-typical weekly admin × 50 weeks. Recovered when project data flows automatically.

savings

~$10k/rep/year

Paid time at $100k OTE rates. Triple it for a three-rep team. Quadruple for a four.

trending_up

Same-day project visibility

Stop waiting for the weekly export cycle. Reps see new actionable projects the day they hit the database.

What your team stops doing manually

The Cotality project data is already good. It just shouldn't take a salaried BD rep four hours a week to move it around.

Weekly CSV exports

No more Monday export rituals. Matching projects appear in HubSpot the day they hit the database.

LinkedIn stakeholder hunts

Architect, builder, engineer, developer — already attached to every project. Contacts are in your CRM before you open the deal.

notifications_active

Daily database check-ins

Contract Let, builder changed, stage shifted — reps get pinged when something becomes actionable. No daily logins to spot it.

Regional spreadsheet stitching

One feed, every state. National pipeline visible in HubSpot. No more stitching Sydney with Brisbane with Auckland.

How it works

Three steps. Live in under two weeks. Cotality API access is bundled — no separate subscription to manage.

01

We set up your search profile

Region, project type, stage, value range, stakeholder role — your team's actual targeting criteria. We configure the Cotality search profile based on what you chase today.

02

We pipe it into HubSpot

Daily or weekly sync against your search profile, de-duped against existing records. Architects, builders and developers attached. We use your existing HubSpot pipeline, stages and properties — no rebuild required.

03

Reps work in HubSpot. Done.

No second tab. No weekly export. No manual paste. The pipeline is current when reps log in Monday morning.

GrowthNGen has become our unfair advantage. It's removed the bottleneck of manual data work. We can now search at the organisational level and surface the right opportunities effortlessly into our CRM, and at scale. The results have been immediate. A stronger pipeline, higher conversions, and project wins that have already paid for years of use.

FAQ

Questions about ending the manual workflow

What BD and commercial leaders ask before getting started.

How is this different from logging into a project database on its own?

expand_more

GrowthNGen is built on Cotality — the construction project intelligence platform behind Cordell Connect. Instead of your reps logging into a separate platform, searching, exporting CSV and copy-pasting into the CRM, the data flows into your CRM automatically with architects, builders and developers already linked. Cotality API access is bundled with GrowthNGen, so there's no separate Cordell Connect Lite subscription to manage. Your reps open their CRM and the pipeline is current.

Can we filter by what we actually pursue?

expand_more

Yes. Search profiles filter by region, project value, stage, type, stakeholder role, and discipline. As narrow or broad as your team needs. Set the profile once and only matching projects flow through — everything else stays out of the way.

Will it mess with our existing HubSpot setup?

expand_more

No. We map into your existing pipeline, deal stages and contact properties. If something needs a tweak — a custom property, a new stage — we handle it during onboarding. Most teams go live without changing their HubSpot at all.

How long does it take to go live?

expand_more

Under two weeks for most teams. We handle the CRM mapping, the search-profile setup and the first projects flowing through. You don't need a developer.

What happens when a project changes stage?

expand_more

The CRM record updates automatically. Contract Let, DA approved, builder changed, design phase — it flows through. Your rep can get a notification when something material happens. No stale records, no manual check-ins.

What's Cotality and where does the data come from?

expand_more

Cotality is the construction project intelligence platform behind Cordell Connect — the largest AU/NZ commercial construction project database. GrowthNGen connects directly to Cotality's API and pipes matching projects into HubSpot. Cotality API access is bundled with GrowthNGen, so there's no separate Cordell or Cotality subscription to manage.

I'm currently using BCI Central, Hubexo or EstimateOne — do I keep them?

expand_more

GrowthNGen is an alternative for those platforms — not a complement to them. We use Cotality construction project data and deliver it inside HubSpot, so you don't need BCI, Hubexo or another database on top. The exception is EstimateOne, which solves a different problem (tender invitations from head contractors); some teams keep EstimateOne for that workflow alongside GrowthNGen for early-stage project intelligence.

How long does setup take?

expand_more

Under two weeks for most teams. We map your HubSpot pipeline, configure your search profile in Cotality, run a backfill of historical projects, and switch on the live sync. You don't need a developer.
