We build your search profiles and set up deal routing, tags, views and notifications in your HubSpot.
- Step 3
Month one is free
Projects show up in HubSpot on your schedule. Your reps work them like any other deal. Start any time before 30 November.

You decide
At the end of the month, keep going or stop. Nothing renews unless you say so.

What does the free setup include?
Our standard HubSpot setup: deal routing automations, deal tags and views for each search profile, notifications on deal assignment and stage changes, and a list for each search profile. It's the same setup that comes with the Pro plan.
What happens at the end of the free month?
You decide. Nothing renews on its own and we don't take a card up front. If you want to keep going, we'll talk through the plan that fits. If not, that's the end of it.
When do I have to start?
Book your call by Friday 31 October 2026, then start any time before 30 November 2026. We'll agree the start date with you on the call.
We're not on HubSpot. Can we still take it up?
