What is a Search Profile?

A Search Profile is a targeted search for projects using 1 or more of the variables.

What project data can be synced to my HubSpot CRM?

A sync all project data points, including:

Project Address, Project Category, Project Commence Date, Project Completion Date, Project Council, Project Development Type, Project Name, Project Ownership, Project Postcode, Project Site Area (m2), Project Stage, Project Stage Detailed, Project State, Project Status, Project Suburb, Project Value, Project Tender Date, Project Type, Project Update Date.

How frequently does the project data sync?

Project data is synchronised either weekly or daily (business days), depending on your GrowthNGen plan.

How frequently can I update my Search Profiles?

Depending on your GrowthNGen plan, this is either on-demand,  facilitated quarterly, or pay-per-change.

Does this work with other CRMs?

No, just HubSpot.

Can I target certain Organizations only?

Yes, you can sync just certain organisations listed on a Project based on their Role.

Should a Search Profile be broad or narrow?

We recommend being as targeted as you can with each Search Profile. This will reduce filling your CRM with data you don’t need.
